A little bit of our background:
Our family, starting with Giulio's father, began making gelato and pastries in the 1950's in a small town in Northern Italy (Aosta), in our family store, called "Pasticceria Nelva". The family tradition continued for generations moving from Italy to Australia in 2013 when we started working at our new adventure, Whisk Creamery.
So when you eat our gelato, you truly taste generations of traditional recipes, expertise and passion (and yes, also a few hours of Gelato University courses took in Bologna, because it sounded fancy <3)
